Finished Nursery - part six

Glider Cushions redone from an ugly denim....rich velvets and tapestry fabric make it modern and vintage at the same time...
Camo Nighlight with the letter "k" out of army buttons

Floor Pillow for the low dining table. It was originally an extra large coffee table but she turned it into a japanese style dining table. I love it.

Another view of the floor pillows
One picture of the sling I made for Baby Kale....I will get better pictures of this and the nursing cover I made.

Pillow Cases

My best friend has acquired this huge coffee table I use to have but have no room for it now. It is about 4 feet x 4 feet and about 2 feet tall. She decided to turn it into her dining table. Great idea..and I never thought of that. She is big on Japanese culture and has visited several times. I have made 15 medium pillows out of random fabrics I had on hand and 3 big (green/blue) pillows that will be the main pillows to sit on b/c it is up against a wall. We looked at all of my fabric and wanted it to be a very eclectic feel and not matchy matchy...here are the cases before they have been stuffed. I will post a pic of the pillows around the table once they are complete.

These are cushions that are going on a glider for her new baby to be rocked in....It has two shades of velvet and a crewel embroidered upholstery fabric. The burnt orange velvet is for the footstool.
