I got all of my things together and then I realized I needed the cookie cutter and sticks. I went to three stores looking for the cookie cutter and sticks. They were apparently all out. I attempted to make the mini cupcake with a lid from a condiment, but it just was not coming out right. I also could only find wooden skewers, but those were not sturdy enough...the truffles tried to come right off.
Plan B.
I rolled the truffles into balls, dunked them in two types of chocolate bark and covered with sprinkles. You can not go wrong with sprinkles...sprinkles...sprinkles. They came out more like this...http://bakerella.blogspot.com/2008/06/pops-for-pop.html I don't think it is too bad for a first attempt..what do you think? By the way...they taste really really good.
